Mum Talks has announced that its first Galway meet up will take place on Monday 12 September at the g Hotel in Galway city.
Mum Talks supports and empowers women throughout their journey of motherhood with online and in-person meet-ups, events, talks and workshops.
The event is designed to help mums from pregnancy, right through to going back to work after maternity leave and beyond.
Those in attendance will hear from Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist Debbie Cullinan, TV presenter Síle Seoige and primary school teacher Joanna Cluskey.
Kara Heriot, co-founder of Mum Talks, said that they are looking forward to welcoming Galway mums into a comfortable, informal and relaxed environment.
“Come along by yourself or with friends, and babes on knees/buggies are always welcome too!
“You will have a lovely morning where you can meet other mums, enjoy listening to our speakers and have a yummy breakfast and always a hot cuppa! We guarantee when you leave you will feel uplifted and empowered!”
The Mum Talks co-founders, Lucy and Kara, have fostered a strong community to help mums connect with each other, as well as hosting talks with guest speakers in areas such as the reality of motherhood, mental health for mums, fitness, beauty/fashion, babies’ development, returning to work, and starting businesses.
