On Saturday March 11th, our incredible Carpe Diem journey will come full circle. For the past 5 years the proceeds from the 5 Carpe Diem concerts ( conceived to remember our daughter Eimear and another young friend in music, Eli Murray) formed a Bursary fund that will have supported 25 individual young people studying music in their 1st year at 3rd level, supported local 2nd level music Departments, the ongoing support of the amazing Coole Music & Arts school ,a number of Orchestras and last year to both the Gort & Flagmount Ukranian funds.

We are immensely proud of the legacy inspired by these young people…but were it not for Katharina Baker Director of Coole Music and Fiona Buckley who originally conceived of the the initiative five years ago this week..none of this would have ever happened.We look forward to the ongoing showcasing of our hugely talented young people over the coming years in a different but equally exciting format .On behalf of Eimear Noonans and Eli Murrays family we are immensely grateful for the huge huge support and look forward to seeing you one more time on Sat March 11th.
